Merging HealthEquity and WageWorks into one portal
HealthEquity was in acquisition mode. It bought companies including WageWorks, its largest competitor, as well as Luum and Further, plus several HSA portfolios. My team built a style guide and a repeatable design process that six designers could share.

My team studied the app with numbers and with conversations, using Qualtrics, WalkMe and remote user testing. The findings took the rating from 2.5 to 4.4 stars.

Dashboards for employers and their clients

Employers could see which HSA and FSA items their employees can buy. They could also see how their sponsored dollars were used, in broad amounts only, such as mental health care, primary care or first aid supplies. We designed it to meet HIPAA standards.
